Steadfast Group has today confirmed that Steadfast Claims Solutions, a subsidiary of Steadfast Risk Group, has acquired Insurx, the claims management subsidiary of Claim Central Consolidated, to accelerate our service offering in managing and servicing insurance claims.

The combined team will work together to continue to provide services to their client base, providing claims advocacy, claims preparation and catastrophe claims advocacy supported by a robust digital claims management technology platform.

Bolstering our service offering through the acquisition of Insurx is a natural progression for Steadfast Risk Group. It will enable us to build momentum in our infrastructure and capability in claims management.

As part of the acquisition, Insurx will immediately commence the transition process to Steadfast Claims Solutions and the Insurx team will report to the Chief Executive Officer of Steadfast Claims Solutions, Andy Martindale.
