Susan is a believer that insurance can and should do good in the world and allows people to take risk, build businesses, travel and invest. She is dedicated to building high performing teams to deliver tailored claims solutions to customers.
She is active in the insurance industry through seminars, presentations and mentoring programs for young professionals.
