Steve Toppercov was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in December 2022.
Steve has more than 22 years of experience working in the insurance industry both locally and in London. He has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in management, operations, and client development.
Previously, as Head of Claims Operations for Steadfast Claims Solutions, Steve built a new TPA under the broader Steadfast Risk Group, supporting customers on their claims journey as well as building close relationships with key capitol providers to ensure the continued success of the business.
As Chief Operating Officer, Steve is passionate about continuous improvement, finding ways to reduce waste and increase productivity to bring cost efficiencies to the business.

Tai is an experienced insurance professional with over 15 years in the industry and has been a noteworthy leader in the quality and compliance space for the last five years. By focusing on people and development, Tai can enhance a person’s skillset and identify leadership potential, particularly in cross functional teams.
As an ASIC responsible manager Tai has the knowledge, skills and experience required to be a key individual within the business. Tai’s passion is championing women and diversity in not only business but in all aspects of life.
