Auckland, Wednesday 13 May 2020: Insurx, the customer-first TPA driven by leading-edge technology, has appointed Kyle Mckean as Operations Manager, based in Auckland.

Kyle comes to the Insurx team with a wealth of experience in the motor, liability, travel and commercial motor sector, in New Zealand. Most recently Kyle was a Broker at ICIB Insurance Brokers.

Kyle’s prior experience also includes Settlement Specialist, Domestic Earthquake Senior Claims Consultant, and he has also worked for the Earthquake Commission EQC.

Head of Insurx, Sam Ratcliff said: “Kyle brings an enormous wealth of experience to the Insurx team as we continue our expansion internationally – his understanding of the dynamics of the New Zealand market and verticals will help us with our services, technology and data focus in key regions.”

Kyle will be responsible for the overall service delivery of Insurx New Zealand. He is committed to ensuring the delivery of a cost-effective, professional and customer-focused claims service.

Mr Mckean commenced his role on 16th March 2020.
